Rosé is very exciting from Orange. In the cool climate the red grapes show some very rich red and black berry flavours when harvested. Then the normal vinification and ageing process of a full or medium bodied red wine tends to develop more complex flavours and mutes these fresh flavours that are so delectable in the cellar during fermentation. Our Patina Rosé is bottled young and maintains the fruity freshness which enables people other than the winemaker to experience the wonderful fruity characters of cool climate red varieties. A beautiful sunset is simply incomplete without a glass of Patina Rosé.
