2006 Patina Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon is a variety I am quite excited about for Orange, our high altitude and intense sunlight seems to concentrate its flavours.
Picked with ripe black currant and blackberry characters it had seven days cold soak after crushing to extract the rich blackberry flavours.  Pressed off skins when all sugar was fermented and then aged primarily in French oak for 12 months.
