This well-developed Orange Pinot Noir shows “Old World” gamey spice, cherry jam, beetroot and savoury characters with light notes of raspberry. The palate displays upfront sweetness of ripe fruit with a hint of black olive interlaced savoury characters followed by attractive black currant acid and inviting tannins. This wine was matured for twelve months in seasoned French oak to add structure to the palate while minimising oak flavour.
