Aroma: Floral, orange blossom, pineapple, pear, kumquat and finger lime.
Palate: Refreshing and fruity up front with light minerality leading to a crisp mid palate and a lemony finish.
Winemaking: The grapes were hand picked with good acid levels just below 3 pH, whole bunch pressed and fermented cool in stainless vats to preserve freshness. 11% Alc/Vol.
Cellaring: Although this wine is drinking well now with its fresh aromatic characters, you’ll be well rewarded if you put a few bottles away for five years or more. It will develop some luscious honey notes and complementary flinty minerality over the next few years. Expect this wine to continue to improve well beyond 2029.
