Product Description

Colour: Bright brick red.

Aroma: This fragrant Pinot Noir displays varietal aromas of earth, spice, ripe red fruits and savouriness.

Palate: The palate is very varietal, with cherry and black currant leading to a plump mid palate and finishing with silky tannins.

Winemaking: Orange Pinot Noir is very delicate and can be easily dominated by winemaking practices. This wine was matured for over two years in three year old French oak in order to add character and structure to the palate with  minor oak flavour.

Bucket list: Goes well with a beautiful sunset and it’s an excellent accompaniment to chicken, lamb, pork and pasta.

Cellaring: This wine is drinking well now and should continue to show favourable development for many more years.

This wine is still showing some of the primary fruit characters of when it was first released, complimented by some complexity of age.  I have every confidence it will continue to age well for some time.
